By the way, even though he boasts we have the most advanced electoral system in the world, we still dont have the final election results. We still dont know if his defeat was by such a narrow margin.
Chavez said himself on sunday night that when he saw that he could not win the elections he authorized the president of the National Electoral Council to announce the results.He admitted on monday that he knew what the outcome was going to be by 9PM. The results were given at 1:30AM

I could spend all night arguing with you, article by article why this deserved to be destroyed in the elections. But you dont know the reality of the venezuelan people and you dont know what Chavez wanted to do with this reform.
But just the article that stated that a president could be re-elected indefinitely should give you an idea.
