I just had a member email me that they could not cancel their account through the CCBill cancellation page - the page is blank for them.

The page is fine for me in IE 6.0 and Netscape 6.2, but when I look at the source code there seems to me to be a table error or two in there. Or maybe I'm washed up and my html skills are old.

Does this not look funny?

Assuming this surfer is not alone, then that's gotta hurt for chargebacks across the board (although good for member retention I guess).

Anyone know what browser that is? An old Netscape browser?

Anyone else having trouble viewing that page in their browser?
