I am glad to hear they are going forward with Mardi Gras. The only hope to rebuild the city is to rebuild the tourist industry.

Most of the cheaper hotel rooms are booked out to hurricane victims still, so there isn't much place for drunk college girls and other horny babes to stay. As a result, the party might go on, but I think it will be fairly lame this year.
