If you haven't launched it yet... then it's not really a site so you can rebrand it easily! Or start it as nn and then add the nudity after a year or two.

Launch a nude site of her. Upsell to her NUDE site in the NN site members area. If a member Wants to stay in the non nude site, he's not 'forced' to see her naked.

Make sure your ducks are in a row for your compliance papers in the nudie site. I wouldn't market a 'NN' site then put nudity in it.

Market her both sites separately.
