I yelled at this lady for letting her dog shit on my parents lawn and not cleaning it up. I kept following her and she finally said, "Well? WHAT DO I CLEAN IT UP WITH THEN?!" I said, "If you don't have the mental capacity to be prepared for this sort of thing, then you have to pick it up with your HANDS". She refused to do it so I said I am going to follow her home and take down her address and have my brother who works for animal control pick up that animal and cite her for negligence. The bitch walked straight back and picked that shit up.
