Yikes
! I am in the middle of an ePassporte nightmare!
I've posted on NPond for a while now, and at the advice of someone over there, signed up for GFY and am posting this here as well.
I've used ePassporte to receive affiliate payments from all of my international affiliate programs for some time now. Out of the blue about 2 weeks ago, I tried to log in to my account and received a screen telling me that my account has been "temporily blocked" for security reasons, and to get in touch with them as soon as possible. I called their 800 number, and was told that they would simply have to verify my identity to unblock my account. They emailed me a verification form, and I faxed back to them a copy of my ID and a copy of the credit card used to load the account. After faxing this back, I asked when my account would become "unblocked", and they told me it would take 5-7 business days to process my request. Annoying, but I could live with that.
Well.. yesterday, I finally got an email saying that my account had been verified and that I could use it again. I received an affiliate payment into that account shortly there after. Then today, I logged back into that account only to get the "account blocked" message again. I called the 800 number again, and after being kept on hold for at least 10 minutes, the account rep came back on the line and told me that the "Account Verification Deparment" had actually closed my account, and that I would have to talk to them to find out why, and that the only way to get in touch with them was by email. I asked about the money that was in the account, and he again said I would have to email the account verification department to find out about it. What a nightmare!!!
Anyone else ever have to deal with this garbage? I can't get anyone to talk to me on the phone about it, and I'm not optimistic about receiving an email reply either. Any advice? What a mess!!!!

Also it is kind of strange that most of the epassporte sucks threads are usually all about the same issues....Poor Support or complete lack of support ?. I mean it is kind of strange that the best support for a banking institution is on an adult message board called Go Fuck Yourself??..LOL, kind of funny actually in a twisted sort of way. Oh well life goes on regardless
