I love him. He's done a fantastic job considering how little he had left to work with once the Clinton administration got done fucking up the country. Buncha liberal pussies.

I admire GWB alot. He is a real guy who bumbles in public and makes grammatical mistakes, but he is a straight shooter and surprisingly smart when it comes to the big decisions and the overall picture.
There were so many legitimate reasons to go into Iraq, and the fact that there were some discrepancies over the WMDs makes not a shred of difference to the bottom line. Saying Bush lied is just rubbish. Defense Intel is never perfect.
The Iraq war was the right move. Someday, when Iraq is fully independent, free, and peaceful --GWB will be considered a hero in their country and there will be schools named after him there.
However, his domestic immigration policy has been a complete disaster. I am very disappointed that the fence along the Southern border hasn't been built yet.
On the smaller issues, obviously, I disagree with him on his administration's adult entertainment policies, and probably many social issues as well including gay marriage, and abortion. I support gay marriage which I think will reduce disease and strengthen our country. I am also pro-choice.

Genocide: the deliberate and systematic extermination of a national, racial, political, or cultural group.
Dictator: a person exercising absolute power, esp. a ruler who has absolute, unrestricted control in a government without hereditary succession.
Please tel us which group has been deliberately and systematically exterminated by George Bush.
Please remind us when George Bush suspended the senate, imposed martial law and took complete control of the country.

I think anyone that has a strong opinion about what goes on in our government and who is right and wrong is deluded. I can not even imagine the behind the scenes string pulling and positioning that we will NEVER know about.
As for Bush, I don't think he is the worst President we have had, and people ought to remember that the rest of the guys in Washington were the ones that voted to let him invade Iraq.Comment

I voted yes actually.
After 911 some serious smack down had to be done, but Bush should be done as President shortly and I am looking forward to that.
However during his rule I think it was a good worth while to beat the shit out of the Middle East, it seriously needed it.

Then again...every President in my life time...and those that I have read about prior to my life time...seem to have had something to be desired...and I highly suspect every future President will be in the same shoes. We have a population of almost 300 million and the world I think is something more than 6 billion.
