McKenna's Time Wave theories from the I-Ching are beyond ridiculous. And event hough the Mayans did have a creepishly accurate way of mapping out time, how lonf do you think they felt the need to map out? What if old Alyptokeleptowotzl the calender just got tired of marking shit down after mapping a couple thousand years worht of time. perhaps he just got tired at 2012 and figured someone else would pick up the pencil at that point
Either way, it's ridiculous. I sat and got stoned with this old hippy one day this summer who explained to me his theories on 2012. He was the first real living 2012 theorist I ever had pour his ideas out onto me. and in the few hours, i realized just what kind of people believe this shit. CRAZY PEOPLE. he was an awesome old hippy, and incredibly intelligent, but crazy indeed. you cn actually listen to an interview with him on youtube!
