there are numerous different doomsday predictions pertaining to 2012 and the end of the world. the mayan calender is only one of several. you have time wave theories regarding the i-ching, predictions from several well known oracles and prophets throught out history, and a couple others i know i've forgotten. theories regarding the outcome of polarity shift range anywhere from a massive outburst of natural disaster wiping life clean from the planet, to an ascension of consciousness and a bettering of mankind.
if you ask me they're all complete bullshit. ask me what is going to happen on dec 21 2012? i'm gonna get right shithammered at a doomsday party, pass out, and wake up hungover on dec 22 laughing at all the dipshits who went crazy preparing for the apocolypse.
i don't understand how people figure the entire polarity of earth is going to shift in a period of minutes to a couple of days. can you seriously be that retarded?
