Sure, tho it's the same in any western country. There's the lazy mob who have never worked in 10 years or more, but, in with that mix are genuine people who, for whatever reason, are potless.
Na.. not mixing people in the forces into this - they never asked to be placed in whatever position (tho it may be the deal when they signed up in the military). And agree - it's kinda shameful when an unusally high number of these people end up on the streets - they sure deserve better.
