Um I may be wrong but I think I am fairly certain that there is not much sugar in freshly ground peanut butter. Im thinking there may be maybe 1 to 2 grams per serving of about 2-3 tablespoons. Now yes it may have a bit of fat, prolly in the range of 10 to 20 grams though most should not be saturated fat.

Then I think in an ounce of lowfat cream cheese you will have about the same sugar levels of 1-2 grams per serving. Then for the most part no real fat at least in the crystal farms variety I use. I think it comes in at like 20-40 calories for an ounce

So yes peanut butter may be a tad more evil and may give me 120 to maybe 200 calories and an extra dose of protein. The cream cheese barely gives me any calories or fat and again a good dose or protein.

Though I would be willing to bet both snacks combined with recommended amounts (I typically even use less) would only not meet your hundreds of calories comment combined, yet not even come close when you look at percentages of calories from fats and sugars.

My damn life is about ruled by dietary issues, reading countless books on it, and meeting up with a dietitian every month for the past decade or so.
