Eat something like wired guy said.
It can be healthy ya know. Hell I recently been eating a lot of celery lately again. By itself with a touch of salt is not going to do shit to your body. Or well you can spread on some peanut butter or some light cream cheese. Neither is that bad for you.
I always have water near my bed yet that sometimes just does not do it for me.
Um what else. I always have pickled items, perserved items, and such in my fridge though those may be a little to high in fat for some like say a few slices of spanish ham and a couple olives and a slice of cheese. So as a backup I also often have hardboiled eggs in the fridge. Hey what can I say eggs are one of those things you may not cook with often yet buy all the time so I boil them each week.
Trickery with a small salad again works well. Just keep some greens on hand and a few things to make it interestings. Maybe some nuts, dried fruits or fresh fruits, slices of hard cheese, olives, etc. Then lightly dress it with a good for you oil and vinegar, or hell even just the juice of some citrus works wonders.
I on the other hand need the weight, so I am always trying to stuff extra good for me calories into my body and I try to make sure to have a right before bedtime meal or snack.Comment

Then i am sure you know to be eating like tons of mini meals all day long and have bypassed the typical 3 meals a day right?
PS celery I do believe is a negative calorie item, as in more calories burnt processing it than it gives you. Sort of like how ice water helps you loose weight. I am sure someone can put together assorted trickery like that to allow for a late night snack that in reality only gives you a few calories yet kills any hunger.Comment

Um I may be wrong but I think I am fairly certain that there is not much sugar in freshly ground peanut butter. Im thinking there may be maybe 1 to 2 grams per serving of about 2-3 tablespoons. Now yes it may have a bit of fat, prolly in the range of 10 to 20 grams though most should not be saturated fat.
Then I think in an ounce of lowfat cream cheese you will have about the same sugar levels of 1-2 grams per serving. Then for the most part no real fat at least in the crystal farms variety I use. I think it comes in at like 20-40 calories for an ounce
So yes peanut butter may be a tad more evil and may give me 120 to maybe 200 calories and an extra dose of protein. The cream cheese barely gives me any calories or fat and again a good dose or protein.
Though I would be willing to bet both snacks combined with recommended amounts (I typically even use less) would only not meet your hundreds of calories comment combined, yet not even come close when you look at percentages of calories from fats and sugars.
My damn life is about ruled by dietary issues, reading countless books on it, and meeting up with a dietitian every month for the past decade or so.Comment
