If you are using MPA, NATS, ES, or Partnersoft for you affiliate software, it is already built in. I do not think CCbills affiliate program has use cascading in their yet but I am told they are working on it. We can also set you up with inexpensive credit card processing if you are processing over $35k per month for a merchant account.
