So apparently they are taking it seriously, it's not media hype...and apparently they are on to something they think is prosecutable. Another point of interest is the word "crime" a criminal investigation can only be for a misdemeanor and above, violations are a civil investigation. So, they are clearly looking for a reckless endangerment or reckless driving charge here. Damn that sucks!
