The only thing I disagree with so far is them perhaps identifying him. We all know who it is driving the car of course, but as far as the media knows, they don't have an idea yet. It looks like they probably got the information on the 205 site and backtracked everything else. What a good reason to keep all your WHOIS information private I would say.
