    How can I get my domain name back?? HELP!!

    My girl is Nina Mercedez, a Vivid Girl. I own a ton of the domains that are all directed to mercedezxxx.com But my girl's actual domain name ninamercedez.com is owned by some company. How can I get it back? Does anyone know lawyer that specializes in these matters? advise on this please.......I need this domain name especially since these guys are not even sending any traffic to the girl's site that the name belongs to!!!!

                  i believe you are out of luck on that one if you never owned it and they registered it first. unless they are hosting content of your girl and making a profit off it i dont think there is much you can do

                          it looks like what they are doing is legit, they are reselling to her vivid.com site, not actually hosting copyright material. i dont think their is anything you can do.

                                      whoever owns the trademark can take it with the help of an intellectual property attorney per prior use and precedence in the marketplace, regardless of the date domain was regged or what the current use of it is.

                                              Since Nina Mercedez is know in the industry by that artistic name,
                                              she herself may have some chances of getting the domain back.
                                              Some pop singers won similar cases.

                                              Anyway, you definetly need the help of a domain lawyer like Jberryhill
                                              and a few thousand $.
                                              Take a look also at some domain forums like: domainstate.com or dnforum.com

                                              You can also try to buy the name directly from the actual owner.
                                              Try to know how much revenue the domain brings to him per month, and multiply that value by 120.
