Hi, currently no support through ICQ (though thats a good idea) - we do though have phone, email and Live Chat support - Live Chat will probably be the best idea for you, somehow I'm thinking phone calls are not that cheap in Mongolia and emails may be a delay.
BTW can I just say 6-month vacation - I am absolutely green.
