Hey Jennyfer, It does hurt like hell, but if you really want them done its worth it.

after I got mine done we went out to a pizza place and my friends kept me in a constant supply of ICED cold beer mugs ;) that helped them feel better -- that and the ibuprophen! LOL

I realy love mine more for stimulation than looks

thicker guage 10 rather than 14 helps with that a lot (more weight to dangle)

Especially when walking or and swimming with them and having some dangling jewellery on them
