A few on your list aren't active anymore. At least, if you check the newest/latest reviews lists and the newest is from 2005... well that makes me assume.
- I'm not saying that all are inactive BTW.
I know how annoying it is if you don't get an answer, I emailed a lot of these people too for our sites.
