    Anyone know what country dialing code +23 is?

    I've tried googling but I am not getting much luck. I had a missed call on my mobile with the country code +23

    I know the uk is +44 but have no idea what +23 would be.

      I dont think there is a +23 country code..... are you sure its correct?
