Nope, and there probably won't be one either. Not enough Mac convert webmasters to make it worthwhile.
I use VMWare Fusion and run Chameleon Submitter through that when I need to.Comment

Yeah, but you have to actually boot OUT of OS X and INTO Windows to do this. So you're bascially running Windows like on any other box to do this.
With something like Fusion or Parallels, you can run Windows from within OSX and jump back and forth between the two just like flipping from app to app within the OS.Comment
