                                            Its a question that is relevent to the thread. As far as being an 'anon', there are plenty here who know who I am and many of them pay me via epass - an account I have had for years, and enjoy using.

                                            Chris can either ignore or answer - people will draw their own conclusions either way.

                                                99% of Epassporte's clients are anons to them. It's those who make the very foundation of Epassporte's business, so I don't think it's unreasonable AT ALL for stakeholders to expect the courtesy of a PROPER explanation. After all, if enough of those jump ship, you sponsors can choose to pay out by Epassporte all you want, if you don't have to whom... Epassporte may enjoy a monopoly position right now, but you couldn't realistically expect that to be the case for much longer.

                                                            Some other questions were raised due to this incident... in Shap's thread . This is what people are reffering too.

                                                            I can totally understand Chris not to waste his time thought... he dosen't HAVE too. but as a client, I'd love to know the answers to the point that were rasied. It's no biggie ... epass is great ... had problems, like everybody else, but in the end, it's the best solution... I used to hate big time on the compagny, and I certainly won't do it anymore...

                                                            I just won't keep much money in it, just to take care of both side of my ass.

                                                                Epoch was more than just a 'client' - the development was a major change for epass.

                                                                People are saying 'why would a major player answer questions? We dont have the right, and its not business like.'

                                                                Thats just plain wrong. GFY is a forum where a large number of Epass's major clients discuss business. Any large company that has a major change in its circumstances will be asked hard questions by everyone that relies on that company for service.

                                                                Its totaly proffesional and normal business practice.

                                                                        The fucking point here is that Epoch dropped Epass... and they both made a statement and that's it. What the fuck more do you expect?

                                                                        Transfering money into an Epass account directly from Epoch's payout sure was very convenient. Now we can't do it anymore. Guess what!?! I called epassporte and they were on top of it and gave me alternatives to fund our commercial epass account that won't make a difference for us when we pay affiliates.

                                                                        If you guys have legitimate concerns, well call your account rep at both epoch or epass and address yourself there... you fucking guys just want to get more fucking useless drama on GFY... this place has turned to shit now.
