They would be great if they could play just their upbeat stuff. Their slow songs would kill the party off. I've thought about them. But how do you tell legends like that what to play?

Good idea though, I might try them and see what happens. I might do some outdoors shows, in which case I wouldn't do a band in case it rains. I can move indoors easier without a ton of equipment.

I guess I should narrow down what kind of music we should do, then pick artists without a band behind them. Reggae would be nice again, hip hop or funk, maybe even rock.

I'm open to changes things up since these are smaller parties.

I would say keep the # of events down to a minimum, otherwise you dilute The exclusivity of the Players Ball. Having one big event in Vegas and perhaps during the Miami show should be plenty. Same with the awards once a year only. You dont want it to become just another party

Up to now its an event to look forward to, lets keep it that way
