I'm with you on this one, although I wouldn't go as far as reporting people, the thing that shocked me most when I moved to South Africa was how they drive their kids on the back of pick-ups, stupidity at its best IMO!

That happens all over the States and especially in the South. My mother used to go insane anytime she saw a kid (or a dog for that matter) in the back of a pickup without seats and a seatbelt. Half the time the kids are partially standing too. All that takes is one hard stop and your kid is flying out of the pickup into traffic.
