if you ever lived in a country or area of a country where there were no lines on the roads, no rules, no laws, stop lights frequently don't work and are ignored if they do and everyone drove like that... it wouldn't take you long to change your mind as you saw the carnage that ensues.
there is nothing pretty about seeing 4-5 fatal car wrecks a day, every single day of the week, seeing blood, brains and limbs all over the place, seeing bodies burned and knowing how many lives are being destroyed and innocent people killed.
