For me those who help a cheater are just as bad.

What you may find is he is buying traffic. I know of one site that sells traffic and seems to unleash a boatload of fucking cheats that redirect their galleries via their script. Bitch thing is first click gets redirected when done through a TGP script, after that it goes to the gallery so if you re-try it dont work.

Just to play devils advocate for a bit here I will just say this. Before everyone lynches him, it might be that he is just "guilty" of buying traffic from a source that has scummy business practises and couldnt give a fuck about cheating other webmasters. Of course I could be wrong (wouldnt be the first time).

I am 95% sure that these galleries are not his galleries but from some sleazy traffic broker, I remember him talking about (icq history helps me remember these details) buying traffic from all different traffic brokers and he is always looking for cheap traffic...

So if galleries redirect to a tgp DO NOT alwasy assume the galleries are from the same owner as the tgp.... and dude THINK ! if you ware a cheater like him, where would you redirect your traffic ? to your own tgp ? think again ! I would push it to somewhere I would make cash, like to a page full of ads... would you expose yourself by redirecting it to your own tgp and ruin your reputation ?

He was dumb enough to redirect some of his shit when he cheated to his own MGP's which is how I linked them together.

So you can't just assume he wouldn't be dumb enough to not do it.. However I do personally need to reread the thread to check al the info out for myself. I'd still like to see a gallery URL. However it's real easy for them to change that, so it likely wouldn't prove anything.

This is it ?

1) They ask for a partner account and they give ya some clean samples.
2) Admin reviews the samples so cheater has ip.
3) Reviewers review the posted galleries so he has those ip's as well.
3) Cheater serves a clean gallery to that whole ip block ... (to make sure it works out when admin has a dynamic ip.
4) Cheater always serves a clean gallery to proxies (he?s not stupid)
4) From there first click goes to TGP or whatever, and next clicks go to clean gallery.
5) Every ip only receives one time the bad gallery, so a double check on the gallery gives always a clean gallery.

It goes on and on ... as they have several other tricks as well.

It sounds like you're accusing this guy of being a scammer and trying to fuck with his business without even having any information that ties him to the domains that were doing the cheating. So what if the traffic was being redirected? It doesn't mean that he had any knowledge of it and if he didn't do it, then whoever did is just going to keep fucking with you under different domains tomorrow. All a cheating broker needs to do is route the traffic through something that alters the referrer info and the buyer would never know where it came from.

I tend to agree with you to an extent.. Nothing I have seen has linked him to anything yet other than the redirect to his site.

The CWS stuff seems to be interesting but I dunno how they determine who's to blame.. How does the site get listed in their ban list because of galleries he listed on his own sites? Or was it because the exploit was actually on his site? That needs to be answered still IMO.

I do have to lean to the side that thinks he is a cheat. I mean it seems this gallery redirect to his site has been going on for awhile. Seems others have confirmed that it's happening.

Now of course that means he could be buying traffic as some are assuming. I could easily assume that too, however I do find it hard to believe that after some time he wouldn't know where this traffic is coming from.

I mean with stuff like this happening I'd be willing to bet he's had a few complaints by now from other TGP's. So that still leaves him as buying traffic from someone that is screwing everyone else. So IMO that's still cheating if he knew what he was buying.

I don't trade with him and I don't take submits because of cheaters, so it doesn't affect me directly. I work hard at this shit and I stay legit. I don't like fuckers to get away with cheating and I'm leaning in the direction that this guy is a cheat.
