What you said should not be overlooked.
I purchased an upgrade for
Nero from their website. When I saw the charge on my credit card they had charged me Euros and there was also a service charge from the bank for making the exchange. I contacted the bank and pointed out that they showed me the upgrade price in U.S. dollars and they had an office in Glendale, CA which leads me to believe I was making the purchase in U.S. currency. The bank agreed and issued a chargeback to Nero.
