Wow! That is amazing!Originally posted by blackfeetbuy gold and silver...NOW!!!
i made $1700 in two weeks with just an $18,000 investment.
both gold and silver are down as of friday. this would be a great time to invest. these metals will go up again next week. gold and silver have been going up the past 5 years and should continue another 5 to 10 years!
Each month I only make about $18,000 on a $1800 or less investment...
$1800? Domains, hosting, software, people...
It boggles my mind why people make $200K in this business and then invest it elsewhere... If you spent 10% over the year to make that money, why don't you invest it back in and make $2 Million? Seems obvious to me.Comment

Real estate is a good investment if you have the time and the inclination to manage it. If you don't want to be a landlord, and you aren't sophisticated investor (clearly you're not, since you're asking our advice here), your best bet are mutual funds. I recommend going into 4-5 funds with different focuses, many of which have been suggested. These might include precious metals, Real Estate (ask your broker about REITS), Bonds, and funds with an International focus. You can get really granular; the trick is to be diversified.Booble

I started investing in small towns, buying lower income properties. For example i just picked one up for $41k ($10k down) and it's generating $2000 a month in revenue. Will get a good 25% on investment yearly on this one after all expenses and mortgage payments ($225 mtg pmt lol).
The rental market is good, it's a small town with a lot of welfarians (That's fine welfare pays the rent directly to the landlord in that province) I have a manager over there caring for the properties and my money's growing safely. I'm not afraid of a housing crash as it never really boomed in the first place. The building needs more TLC but that's ok, the guy over there fixes them.Spam link hereComment
