Not a good start to the year...

Way up for 2005.. Helped me and Bought a bar-casino and a just under 1 million dollar investment condo in the last 3 weeks. Either to flip or rent. Not sure yet.

Maybe I should focus more on investments this year rather than high stakes sports gambling..

Would be sweet to here about how Boneprone bought a $1M house and then flipped it 4 months later with modest upgrades for $1.4M... Or how you buy 5 $250,000 homes and add $125,000 in upgrades total for a flip of $350,000 per home only a month later.
