don't know about whales but my results are:
AWE - earning me $0.10 per click (LSA, not live jasmine, promoted in a specific way)
Money Tree - about $0.07 per click revshare so far

the rest - sucky sucky big time, I have the feeling that people that promote Click Cash might be doing well too but since they don't offer epassporte I don't plan on using them

again - this is traffic from my blogs straight to the sponsor, your traffic might do better or worse

Yep, it's SE traffic.
Actually PPC SE traffic. So you need to minus advertising costs to get the neto income.

I remember way back when I ran a studio a couple of years ago, the biggest spender was around 2.500 USD / month on one of our girls..

.. I guess it depends with which sponsor and on your traffic. In our case, the average customer earns us in the low $200 range (our cut). As most cam sponsors pay $75-150 (including promos), we make more with Revshare.

For some sponsors I bet it does. This is comparing a FREE signup where the person spends nothing $0 money. I wasn't comparing the programs where you make PPS when they load money, hell on those it seems like a no brainer to take the % deal , shit they already loading money.

If I would have been given the option of % deal with Clickcash I would have taken it because they have several upsells in their members area and I am sure I would have made more money over the long run.

The other factors were how long do you have to wait to get paid. Do you have to wait 3 months to make back what you could get paid for today? What can you do with that money (invest) when you get it now. Also, you need to trust the company long term. If you build up a long term whale and the company goes out of business etc... you out.

I notice that on the whales over at PeeksCash / PeekShows that most of them spend on 1 or 2 models only.

However, there is one whale that has spent over 300k in the last year and he has shows with many different models...so you never know.

300k a year??? Have you some screenshots for us?

300k a year means 25k/month and it's equal with $833/day. So, to spend 300k a year, "whale" needs to spend more than $800 every single day. Hmm..not sure about that if you ask me.
