I contacted Andrew a month ago about my reserve, when he told me the bank is holding it, I sent him a copy of the loan agrement that I iBill made and in which they used our reserve as a deposit. After that day, I never heard from Andrew again. I guess he relized that IBILL is a lost case and it was in his best interest to find a better place of employment.
