50 type ins is not bad, depending how bad you want it, you should offer anywhere from $1500 to 3k in my opinion. I recently paid $3k on a gay domain name that gets only 20 type ins a day, but I know that type of traffic converts much better than straight. I use a 30 factor analysis formula to value domains.
You can't just go by overture. That's be like saying a house is worth $500K just because its in a nice neighborhood. You have to do a full property inspection to get the real depth of value determined.
