when i was about 17 i did 120 mph in a Pontiac Fiero ... I was surprised that it handled very well ... and more recently about 125 mph in my wifes Acura TL S-Type ... not really a sports car but handled very nicely and in fact i drive it over 100 regularly when i take it to the office ( i have a nice stretch of road )

Not very fast. I really love being alive. Speeding scares the shit out of me. So barely over 100mph is probably the fastest I've ever driven.

my buick governs at 129mph, ive gone 150mph in a celica GTS downhill, and ive taken my cbr600rr close to 150mph a few times but never tried to max it

70mph, im a wimp i usually go 60mph and drive in the right "slow lane".

I am too afraid to drive fast because I'm paranoid about dying on the fwy, a lot of people die in car accidents so i try to drive as little as possible. I hardly ever drive far or on the fwy.

I got clocked once at 140mph in California, and last year I got nailed at 120mph.

But my favorite story was my trip to San Diego last year. I live in Phoenix and went out for Cybernet Expo. I decided to leave Phoenix at 10pm and drive at night if only to avoid the traffic. At 1am or so I'm someplace in the middle of the desert, only a few miles from the boarder with Mexico. It's pitch black and I have't seen a car for what seemed like forever - time to open up. My Mustang Mach 1 tops out at 150mph. I didn't hit 150mph and back down; I hit 150mph and kept it going. I'm flying and all of a sudden bam: Suddenly in the darkness cop lights go on, dozens of them. I'm there like "fuck, i'm going to jail". Turns out the cops were Board Patrol and they tore off across the freeway and into the desert. They never saw me.

excellent, at that point you don't stop, trust me you won't get in any more trouble at that speed if you just say "I didn't see you, I didn't bother looking in my rear view, I was watching the road"
