It would be a good idea to make a list of people who had no problem with the animal cruelty. It would make it a lot easier to delete them from icq, get their sites off the exit consoles etc.

I didn't think you supported it...however how hard is it to hire some 19 year old college kids to moderate this board 24/7 for $8-$9 per hour?

Seriously. Don't give them posting privileges, they can only respond to moderator questions, or moderate threads based upon the criteria you set forth.

3 shifts a day, 7 days a week, wouldn't take much effort.
