Actually, looks like Indiana has gotten much, much worse while I have been away, most of it seems to be centered around South Bend, Elkhart and Mishawaka, which are all within a 50 mile or so radius of each other. CCV seems to really have blossomed, and it looks like they have a Political Action Committee off the ground to buy politicians and influence.
