Thats fine , but they cant harrass others or they are liable for damages.. just as a restaurant owner would be if he kicked you out of his restaurant THEN went to your landlord and had your house broken into..

I had my account termed..I censored my pics, so it must have been the links that did it.
But the terms don't state you can't have outgoing links-only that they can't be commercial endeavors. So can I link to a product I like, if I'm not an affiliate or something? What about a site I like? Where is the line?
That's my main problem with what they do-they give no notice, and the terms are not clear. If they made the terms clear and they at least notified you WHY your account was termed, I would really be way more supportive of their methods.
However, contacting the hosting companies is really over-reaching, and I'd switch hosting companies in a heart beat if my host sold me out like that.Need Hosting? Reality Check Network services me purrrfectly!
