I wouldn't say Florida as a "state" but yea maybe certain counties. Don't forget half the porn industry is based in Florida. Well maybe not half, but there are a shit load of companies in South Florida and quite a few over in Tampa area.
I'd definitely say Florida is the number 2 location for porn companies after Cali.
