What you said is all true. Any host that takes this deal is basically on ther road to bankruptcy. The noob hosts and over committed hosts are the ones that will go for it because they simply are trying to cut their losses a bit before the bankruptcy day arrives. The established hosts won't even relpy to a thread like this as it is useless.
