Thinking along the lines of the USA with their different states. The Eu are are trying to do the same kind of thing but with different countries.

europe may or may not be, i doubt it

my bet is usa keep on top or china.

india is also a small contender too and dont even think russia is the stale country it was in the 90's.

And what about technological wars? if thats the case, china are well on top(look at them being able to shoot at a salletite) along with japan, they are pretty nifty and we know that technology is vital in todays world.
