I was wondering how sites like pure-l***ta.com stay up? It says they're legal because they display underage children in an artistic manner???

Anyways, did you see their affiliate program:
60% of sign up and 100% recurring, lol, think they shave???

Won't do any good MK. As long as they aren't in sexual poses with others blah blah blah, nothing can be done under the law.

We reported a site with graphically written stories of rape on children and even babies and once again, the law says oh well. Written descripts aren't even touched under the little law we have.

Ashcroft needs to focus on strenghtening those kind of laws before he ever tries to take on legal porn.

...Wondering if he will attempt to just shovel it all into the same pile to sweep away...

I totally agree. I bought the domain name xboyx.com about 6 months ago to throw up a pay site...then after mis-typing my own domain, I found that xboysx.com was a kiddie porn site...

Hmmm I dunno Corpsie! We always turn the sites into Helmy at that ASACP.org site tho. They DO email back and tell you the status on the findings at least. Whereas those other report sites never bother to let you know

That xboys site isn't shit compared to the insane acts that i have seen. I know of a site that is up right now that shows true child porn, fucking , sucking, crying, etc.

I'd post it but that would probably get me in trouble.

I found it searching through the stats of the freehost that i work for. I did report it but so far.. it's still up.

This gives me an idea....maybe half baked one since I've only had 4-5 hrs of sleep in the past 2 days. But what if all the adult webmasters got together and started an online petition to show that we care about keeping this industry clean and as a result have sites like google, yahoo, etc with links to sites like asacp on their pages. To be honest before I got started in this biz, I was just a regular surfer and not ONCE did I ever see an asacp type link out of years of surfing.

And yes I think that it is our
responsibility to decide what is decent and acceptable standard for our communities. I feel that many people, while maybe not liking the types of sites that I host would not find they overly offensive. But the site that is mention above would be banned without a second thought. I also believe that we have a duty to protect the innocence of our children. I myself have 2 girls, and I won't want them to look at the sites that I host, until mom and I decide that they are old enough to choose for themselves what to view. Much like what we do when censoring tv and music for them. And I would never want to find them depicted on a site like xboysx.com. The main word in adult website is ADULT, not child. Sorry but I feel that xboysx.com is way over the line here, and I for one am willing to do whatever it takes to shut that type of crap down. If that means I pull ton's of bandwidth from the hosts till they shut it off, so be it.

Tim, i am truly disgusted by pictures depicting minors. Most of the population is.

Pictures of minors will be ogled by perverts, no matter how the pictures are presented - whether it be in the form of degrading filth like xboysx or a clothes catalogue - I am pointing out that both types of viewing are perfectly legal and that no regulation or legislation is going to be brought in that wont be worked around by the perverts that wish to see this.

The fact that these young boys are being presented for adult viewing is abhorrent, but legal. Methods of censorship such as draining huge amounts of bandwidth is possible, but it makes your actions no different to the self righteous moralists who wish to see all online porn vanquished.

What I wish to know is how we can say that these pictures of young boys naked are less offensive than pictures of them in swimming trunks? I would find the exact same website offensive if those boys were wearing trunks because they are being displayed for the self-gratification of a perveted minority.

So, what is the purpose of bikini pages displaying under 16 girls? What is the difference to pictures of young boys? Those pages are also used by perverts for their own pleasure.

The laws are written and we try our best to abide by them - some people push their actions to the limit of the law - like xboysx - it is wrong to persecute someone who isn't breaking the law just because you disagree with their (all be it sick) method of earning money.

There are many webbies posting here that feel they can't let their friends and family know what their chosen profession is - for fear of being branded a pervert maybe?
The general public view the internet with suspicion because of the media hype regarding online porn - moralists do not see any difference in the 'filth' we peddle and the 'filth' as we prceive it - CP.

As much as we advertise for bigger adult sites, and that it is legal to film a model of 18 years being anally violated by someones fist, and legal for us to display those images - how are we to say that the suspicious general public aren't correct in their viewpoint? The majority of the general public find that sort of viewing just as disgusting as, if not more than, pictures of naked boys.

Damn UnseenWorld, that's just frickin rediculas. How can some people punish those that are trying to do good. That's just like the few instances with kids in school. I've heard of one story where on kid was talking to the other about killing himself with a knife that he had in his locker and he didn't want him to tell anyone about it. Well, the kid went into the locker, took the knife out and brought it to one of the faculty and guess what happend ??? He got SUSPENDED for having a knife in school when he was trying to save his buddy from killing himself. Talk about FUCKING STUPID !!!

Don't waste your time trying to stop child nudity sites I have tried and you just go round in circles. Most of these sites are working under the non-explicit loophole and the servers are often based in countries where nobody seems to give a shit.

There are 7 major CP-Nude Art sites all running from Russia and the East side. These are supported by a huge network of link lists CJ sites and spammers most of whom also work from Eastern countries.

The best weapon against these guys is to make entry into our mainstream traffic flow as difficult as possible. When you find a CP site, list or circle take five minutes and look around the page and its links, you will usually come across blatant misuse of some free host, counter or service. Mail the operator and get it shut down.

Tgp?s and list operators should also watch out for the changing links after submission, this is one of their favourite methods of getting traffic from our system. Linking into perfectly legal looking sites is also a method used to hide the blind CP connection.

As for Sunbill and the other CP supporting billing systems, they are just as bad as the site operators, mailing them will get no results whatsoever.

Good fun ? if you see a CP site with a mailing list entry box, fill it full of shit and hold down the enter key, quite often these guys have taken no precautions to check dupes etc and you might even slow the server for a while

i know exactly how that 'report the CP' story pans out. My friend is a 34 yo mother of 3 doing a children's psychology degree.
When she was on the net, she too came across CP, so took down all the details and handed them in to the local police.
She had her laptop confiscated and was held 'assisting police with their enquiries' for half the day.

Leave the police to their fuckin coffee and doughnuts. Cretins.

It won't take much I can tell you. I've got a script that will go thru all of their IP Block and grab emails off of the websites of other people that host with them. I've always found it best to a) let them decide first if they want to take it down b) give them a little nudge by sucking say 1000GB of traffic from them and then finally c) emailing their upline pipe provider which in this case looks like gblx.net and to email their customers with the address and ask them if they really want to be hosted with that kind of site. Normally they take option A, sometimes B, and they really hate it when option C comes into play, but they always end up taking it down

The police have not got a clue when it comes to catching the real CP guys. So often they drag some guy through the courts and make a huge media issue out of it just because he has a few suspect pics on his PC downloaded from some newsgroup. The public of course think this is a major step towards removing CP from the net LOL.

As usual the police attack the easy targets so that they can quickly get back to their lazy donut eating lives.

Those girls don't look especially young to me, they could all be 18-19-20, easily. What the owner of that site is doing is the same thing the rest of us do, he's offering surfers EXACTLY what they want on his tour. He's got a teen site that is walking closer to the line than most of us. Like it or not there is a market for that stuff.

Who knows what's really inside that site. If it's illegal, that's one thing, if not, it's the same as any other teen site.

Be careful, you guys are doing some of the same things straight folks do to our industry all the time: not making a distinction between what you think is illegal and what actually is illegal.

I didn't see any girl on there that looked younger than a skinny 18 year old except on the first page.

That said, I was actually just making a point that we should be careful. I get complaints all day and 95% of them turn out to be incorrect assumptions, in fact, I even get complaints about sites with 2257 warnings on the first page.

So while we certianly don't need CP providers in our industry, we need to be very careful not to give those weasels in Washington any ins on our legit sites.

after a look at the lolita tour, most look around 16/17 - a couple of dubious pics, but they were face pics.
What we have to be careful of isn't sites like this - they are pictures of girls - young girls/boys getting fucked is kiddie porn - nudity isn't porn.

Most talk the talk but do not walk the walk. Oh..I'm going to put up the pretense of being anti-cp and then market my teen site with lolita talk and the like. Hypocrisy at it's worst.

Most here know my stand with the teen niche. I try not to pass judgement (not my place) but I personally don't touch the stuff. It rubs me the wrong way. I know that it is a big moneymaker and perfectly legal, so please no flames. I just wish, in a perfect world LOL, that we all could market our porn to adults only - containing clearly adult content with no mention of "lolita" "girls" "barely legal", etc.

I may never get rich staying away from this very popular niche, but it all comes down to what you are comfortable promoting.

As for the borderline guys....fuck 'em! They hide behind laws knowing damn well they are catering to sick men and don't care as long as the checks roll in. Karma is a bitch.
