I tried it with firefox and it loaded in sections and took about 45 seconds, no problems with scrolling.

Tried it with IE it did sit and load all at once but still only took about 45 seconds no scroll issues.

I have ADSL broadband and located in Victoria Australia.

hope that helps a bit.

speed is not horrible but the graphics load in a funny way - what i do when this happens is reslice the design and try to cut down or eliminate nested tables.

Not very fast, but nothing to be worried about. 2Gb Cable and 1.5Gb DSL from Europe. The DSL loaded faster tho, maybe because of the different ISP

Both sites
TeenLisa.com and TeenKelly.com load in about the same time, but
for me TeenKelly loads in pieces, and TeenLisa hangs and loads all at once...

TeenLisa loaded a little slower, and it did hang a little.
