Many companies use that same P2P technology to push content without having to pay for the bandwidth. We're talking software companies that offer a torrent download option or the newer online video services that use torrent technology to stream their content on a massive scale for significantly less money.
It moves the bandwidth burden away from webhosts and onto ISP's. In my opinion, Comcast is just trying to stifle this technology for that reason.
