waste of time.

1. whole movie is cash being drunk or taking pills or something. i think he did some music and stuff as well, movie could have had some of that in it.

2. reese witherspoon. annoying fake southern accent. bad choice as june carter.

3. movie stops when they get married. just ends when they're like 30 or something. no mention of any of the rest of his life, which is when most of the interesting things happened.

4. annoying, annoying, annoying.

I give it a 2/10 and only because it has the liquid terminator dude in it

Yes, it is a great movie. They are both great in it. It was cool to see the early years of Cash, Elvis, Buddy Holly etc.

I completly disagree with you except for point 3. I was a little disappointed it didn't show the accomplishments after they married. I never noticed Reese as an actress until this movie.

I'm planning to see it this weekend. I want to see how good Phoenix and Witherspoon are in this movie, if they are really deserving of the Globes.

I've been a Cash fan since before he was cool and I was really scared they wouldn't do him justice with the movie. But I was pleasantly surprised. They did a great job.

Go see it.

Very good movie... they did a great job and it was beyond awesome that they did the singing themselves and sounded authentic... without dubbing over and looking cheesy.

I highly recommend it
