I don't believe in capital punishment, for reasons I won't go into. But these two ought to have their hands chopped off and be allowed to swim home.

The crazy thing is for stealing from an old lady you get 7 years, for killing her you get another two.

Does not seem like justice to me.

And how long will they actually serve?

They will be out by the time they are 25.

I met a guy who killed a dude with a hammer at a party for about $60 . . spent about 20 years in the nut house becaue it was the beatle 'maxwells silver hammer' song that made him do it . . . told me a little different version

Flash your pecker in public and see what kind of sentence you get. My (drunk) brother stepped behind a building in a small Texas town to take a piss one night. 3am, the only ones around where the cops across the street. He spent a fortune on attorneys to keep from being labled a sex offender.

Thats big for resort areas they get alot of revenue that way. My friend got wacked for $1000 dollar fine.

I believe in capital punishment, for reasons I'd be happy to go into. There are extenuating circumstances to murder (see "A Time To Kill") but thugs killing an old woman and other straight up evil like this...fuck 'em, fry 'em.
