You can't just WALKUP and say I want that property.
You need to take classes on how to buy.. There are diffren't suits.
Everything is aginst the plantiff. And it depends on what leans..2nd/jr mortage.. Membership assisoate.. fee/lean.
People shell out 100's a month for info on whats going out for bid. :-x -

A lot isn't the start of it. You have regulars that go every week to the courthouse.. they all have notes on what they are going to bid on..And they tell them how much they are gonna spend max.. and they help eachother out..Originally posted by StickyGreenso in other words i have a lot to learn...lol...
