I'd go with the 35y/o --- because she's in her Prime.
I'm only 26, and 60 is a much higher number in my bedpost notches -- but I'm like super excited to turn "30" -- all the good things I hear about a female's sexual energy. One of my girlfriends is 36, and her boyfriend just turned 20 (yeahhhh, I know. I've giggled and shaken my head).
