Anyone who has enough skill to make money is a webmaster. I don't code, I contract that and code is written to my specs. But I know seo and tons of other stuff not on that list and I make good money.

They should. Using telnet, and frankly ftp, is just asking for trouble.

i can't do all those but i am a webmaster. as i said to some non industry people who didn't like the lack of pretty graphics on my free sites, etc. surfers don't jerk off to logo's.
