I'm not a performer so I can't speak from any experience but a few sites do have specific Fetish areas and have promo tools for webmasters (which means as a model you have better chance of getting "targeted" visitors to your chat room).
I'd say Imlive, ifriends, LiveJasmin are probably among the best (Ifriends doesnt have much for webmasters but they do have very good insite searches, etc. for customers - browse by fetish, etc.)
