Amost a decade old domain Blacklist was first registered by a Russian Software Development Company back in 1998 for a great project of theirs.
But later due to some unforeseen circumstances they had to abandon the project and the name was completely forgotten. Since then the name was just lying
Idle. Though the project was forgotten people still kept searching black list in the internet.
